About Me…

Cainan is an Acoustic Solo Artist living on the Gold Coast. With his acoustic guitar, stomp box, loop pedal, and clear vocals he creates an easy listening, upbeat, yet soulful sound.

History & Background

Cainan is a rare talent who discovered his passion for music much later than others, picking up a guitar in his graduating year (2016). 

At the beginning of his musical pursuits, Cainan’s greatest inspiration was Ed Sheeran, along with John Mayer and Shawn Mendes.  Cainan looked to Ed for the influence of his music and songwriting abilities but also in admiration of his accomplishments and life’s journey.  Cainan’s repertoire of originals ranges from popular upbeat melodies, to moving love ballads, and even boasts a few solid rock tunes that are unforgettably catchy after only a few plays. 

Over the past four years, Cainan’s career has fast-tracked from busking every day to playing weekly gigs in venues across South-East Queensland, weddings, and private functions.  Cainan’s voice has become the talking point of those who follow him on social media platforms, encounter him at a gig, or walk past during one of his busking sessions.  Fast forward to 2023. Cainan has started releasing his own original music on iTunes and Spotify. Take a listen below
